We believe strongly in the quality and integrity of our products, and we want you to be thoroughly pleased with your Stickley Designer Rug as it becomes an important family heirloom for generations to come. However, no warranty is offered for Stickley Designer Rugs. It is important that you report any damage to your rug that was a direct result of shipping and handling immediately upon delivery.
